Palette8 Productions was born from Maria Hayes’ vision to create more than productions — to create space. Space where creatives could show up fully, be seen individually, and still thrive within a collective that values collaboration over competition. As a producer, photographer, and creative director, Maria experienced firsthand how often talent is overlooked, boxed in, or silenced within the fashion and creative industries. Palette8 was created to challenge that narrative — to build a platform where models, designers, photographers, videographers, artists, and storytellers could shine in their own lane while being supported by a powerful creative community.
